MyPortal was officially put into use in June 2017, including two basic support platforms which are unified identity authentication platform and unified information portal platform. All information systems can be accessed by users with a set of username and password according to the authorizations and privileges. This system also realizes data exchange and sharing between various business systems and data center platforms, eliminating the "information island".

The Bidding System realizes the entire electronic procurement process of the Univerisity, which includes procurement management portal, supplier management, procurement project management, electronic bidding and etc.

The system, which is launched in August 2017, meets the needs of the school on core personnel business, salary management, vacation management, etc. Through the HR system, teachers and staff can modify personal data, submit vacation application, and inquire the information regarding salary.

In order to further improve the service quality and facilitate students to pay the fees, the Financial Office and ITSO jointly established a unified payment platform and officially launched it on August 8, 2017. The platform not only supports students to check the information of pending payment and payment by themselves, but can also be used to pay tuition, accommodation, miscellaneous fees, examination fees, application fees and other fees online. At the same time, the platform supports many common payment methods, such as WeChat, Alipay, CITIC online banking and bank card payment.

The financial and cost control system was officially put into use in December 2017. Expenses reimbursement, payment approval, budget inquiry and other daily business have all been carried out through the cost control system. Meanwhile, it also supports the client of mobile APP to conduct approval and inquiry.

Blackboard is a virtual learning environment that offers a wide range of versatile online tools, as well as a place to upload course materials and other resources. It also supports secure file sharing, collaboration, research projects, event management, and questionnaires. Through the platform, students can access online learning materials, submit assignments, participate in class discussion and take quizzes.

Student Information System is built based on Oracle PeopleSoft Campus. Currently, the modules of student file management, training program, course selection and score management have already completed. According to the plan, the modules of exchange student and graduate student management will be implemented as soon as possible, while graduation and alumni management will also be added in the system to realize the whole life cycle management. ITSO will spare no effort to improve the experience of using the system, optimize the course selection operation, and realize various workflows which are closely related to students.

The system provides services and resources to support the academic and professional success of our students and staff on campus. Student Affairs mainly includes general information, Rewards and punishments,accommodation, career planning and development, wellness & counselling, etc. It will be completed in 2020.

The Evaluation and Admission System covers all aspects from the beginning of enrollment to the formal registration of new students. It integrates data input, admission website, online registration, examination management, candidate information inquiry, admission guide management, admission plan management, statistical analysis. At present, the online comprehensive evaluation admission system, admission management analysis system, registration system, and data management of the CRM system have been completed. Other subsystems will be launched in the future.

m-icon-8 Administrative Services and Management System

The Administrative Services and Management System is an important part of the informatization construction of CUHK-Shenzhen. It currently includes functions such as venue booking, catering event application, shuttle booking, car booking, office supplies application, staff house application and management, business facilities management, property performance and management and etc. The system will develop more and more functions to further increase efficiency in administrative work in the future.

To improve the informatization level of University's scientific research management, the Research Information System will become a timely updating scientific research data center and a scientific research innovation service platform, which includes project management, fund management, achievements management, resource management and etc.
