Try to select the source. Usually, the default is PC (if you use your own laptop to connect HDMI, you need to select the "Laptop (HDMI)" ) source.

You can try to use the keyboard Windows + P combination to switch the Extend mode for Duplicate mode. (Figure 1 for the keyboard switching, Figure 2 for the Extend mode, Figure 3 shows the computer screen, Figure 4 shows the teaching mode of the screen).

Check whether the computer and touch screen is mute (touch screen sound options for Media, from the right-hand side of the Volume Control screen, Figure 2-3 for the computer sound options screen).
Is the microphone too low, or has no sound?
The microphone sound can be adjusted from the touch screen Volume option (the sound option is Hand Mic which is accessed from the Volume option on the right-hand side of the touch screen shows as Figure 1).

The sound card may be selected incorrectly. You can do self-test of your voice before the class. Usually Zoom will have a test option. If no voice is heard when testing, select “No. Try Another...”. It will jump to the next option, until the voice is heard (Figure 1 is the test sound option, Figure 2 is the speaker test, Figure 3 is the microphone test, Figure 4 is the test results).
Online students can't see the camera
First make sure the camera option is open, if it is automatically disconnected, try to replace the USB connection cable on the computer side of the USB port (Figure 1: the camera is on, generally when you enter the meeting, it will remind you to open the camera. Figure 2: the camera is off, Figure 3: for the selection of the camera, by the camera button next to the pull-up display. Figure 4: for the camera to connect to the host of the USB connection cable, such as in the case of the automatic disconnection, it is generally due to poor contact, please choose another USB port).

You can open the video settings.
Select/cancel the video mirroring.
What if Zoom or Tencent software lags in the middle of use?
