The campus card can be used for payment in places such as cafeterias, supermarkets, cafes, barbershops, etc., where POS machines are available. When making payment, please follow the steps below:

Firstly, please confirm whether the amount shown on the POS machine screen is the amount you spend.

Then put the campus card close to the sensing area of POS machines and stay for about one second. When you hear the click from POS machines, indicating that the money is transferred, please confirm the consumption amount and the balance of the campus card shown on the display screen of the POS machine again. Once it is confirmed, the transaction is completed. If the transaction is not finished successfully, the consumer terminal will always make a short and quick sound. Then please put the card close to it to make up the differences to finish the transaction.

Method 1: The campus card can be recharged by using the self-service transfer machine on campus;

Method 2: Use the Alipay APP on the mobile phone to recharge the campus card. Log in the Alipay APP, select the “More” menu, select “School Affairs” under the “Educational Public Welfare”, select “One Card Solution”, and click “Recharge Now”. Select your school, enter your name, student number and the recharge amount. After confirming, enter your payment password of Alipay to complete.

Method 3: Follow the WeChat public account (iSupport) and click the “One Card Solution” in the individual center to recharge on WeChat.

Reminder: After the payment on Alipay and WeChat is completed, swipe the card on the machine or click “Search System” on the transfer machine, and click “Collect the Subsidy” to synchronize the recharge amount to the campus card.

The password refers to the password that needs to be used for self-service inquiry, recharge, report the loss, unlock, and transfer. The payment password refers to the password that needs to be entered when the total amount of consumption per day exceeds 200 yuan (the default consumption limit set by the system).

Keep in mind! Since the original password and payment password are the last six digits of the ID number (If last digit is x, delete the x and use the last six digits), please change your personal password of the campus card immediately after receiving the new campus card. You can change your password by yourself using the self-service transfer machine or enter the “One Card Solution” website(http://ecard.cuhk.edu.cn:8080/pcard/login.html), or you can go to the campus card service center to change your password.

 

Come to the campus card service center with your valid ID and the campus card to reset.

The payment limit of the campus card every time is 200 yuan by default. If you need to modify the payment limit, you can modify it via “The Campus Card” menu on the self-service transfer machine.

If your campus card is lost inadvertently, you should promptly report the loss to ensure the safety of your personal property. When your campus card is retrieved, you need to unlock it to restore the campus card.

There are four ways to report the loss/unlock:

Method 1: Go to the campus card service center to report the loss/unlock with the individual valid ID;

Method 2: Report the loss/unlock via “The Campus Card” menu on the self-service transfer machine on campus;

Method 3: Log in on the “One Card Solution” website

(http://ecard.cuhk.edu.cn:8080/pcard/login.html), enter your password to help yourself to report the loss/unlock.

Method 4: Follow the WeChat public account (iSupport) and enter the “One Card Solution” in the individual center to help yourself to report the loss/unlock.

Reminder: If you have already applied for a new campus card before you retrieve the lost campus card, the lost campus card no longer has any effect.

Check your account balance or transactions in the following four ways:

Method 1: Check at campus card service center with your valid ID and campus card;

Method 2: Check the account balance and transactions by using the transfer machine yourself;

Method 3: Log in on the “One Card Solution” website

(http://ecard.cuhk.edu.cn:8080/pcard/login.html) to check it yourself.

Method 4: Follow the WeChat public account (iSupport) and enter the “One Card Solution” in the individual center to help yourself to check.

Reminder: In order to ensure the security of your account, you need to enter your password when you check the account balance and transactions on the transfer machine or on the website. Please take out the campus card in time once you finish the operation on the transfer machine.

Outside the school gates, access gates, the gates of building and the gates of room where the Access Control System is installed, please put the campus card close to the sensor of Access Control System. For the authorized campus card, the sensor will emit the “DI”. The green light will be turned on and the electric lock will be unlocked. For the unauthorized campus card, the sensor of Access Control System will give the warning and the light red will be turned on.

 

Please come to the campus card service center as soon as possible to address the problem. We will check it or repair your campus card. If it is repaired successfully, your campus card can continue to be used; if the damage is serious and can't be repaired, you need to replace it with the new card. After the card is replaced, the money from the old card will be transferred directly to the new card.
